Any use of Payment Gateway (PG) or Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) services is the sole responsibility of the logged-in user/merchant. In the event of any litigation, dispute, chargeback, or claim arising from PG or BBPS transactions, the concerned merchant shall be entirely responsible.
Sikhwal Multi Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the full right to place a lien, recover, debit, or adjust the disputed amount from the merchant’s account with immediate effect and may initiate appropriate legal action, if required.
While we strive to provide uninterrupted services, we do not guarantee 24/7 availability and may occasionally perform maintenance or updates.

6. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate APIs, tools, or services provided by third-party providers. We do not control and are not responsible for:

  • The performance, availability, or accuracy of third-party services;
  • Any errors, delays, or losses arising from third-party systems.

Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
